Title: Blueberry Vinegar (Matthews)

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | c | Ripe blueberries |
2 | c | White vinegar |
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the vinegar to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the blueberries.
2. Allow to cool, then transfer to a container. Drape a towel over the container so that it is completely covered. Let sit for one week in a cool, dry place.
3. Strain to remove the skins.
