Title: Chinese Chicken with Peanut Sauce > Dorothy Flatman

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | c | Chicken, raw cubed |
2 | c | Vegetables, sliced |
1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
3 | tb | Cornstarch |
1 | c | Chicken broth |
4 | tb | Oil |
1 | tb | Peanut butter |
1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
1 | tb | Hoisin sauce |
Saute vegetables in oil. Remove. Saute Chicken in oil. Remove. Combine rest of ingredients, cook until sauce is thickened. Add chicken and vegetables, cook until just heated through. Serve with rice.
