1/4 | c | Wild turkey (101 proof) |
3 | tb | Lite corn syrup |
2 | tb | Cocoa |
1 | c | Finely chopped pecans or |
Walnuts | ||
1 | c | Confectioners sugar, (set |
Aside) |
Combine all ingredients (except the confectioners sugar) when well mixed (a pastry blender works well) shape into 1 inch balls.
Place the sugar in a shallow dish.
Roll balls in the sugar and place in a container with a tight lid. Store for at least two days before serving. Makes about 2 dozen. Keeps up to one month.
