Title: (Hazel) Nut Balls

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Nuts |
1 | c | Sifted flour |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Butter -- softened |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
Confectioner's sugar |
Blender grate nuts very fine. Empty nuts into mixing bowl and all remining ingredients exept confectioner's sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate dough at least 1/2 hour. Heat oven to 375F.
Form dough into 2" balls and place 1" apart on UNgreased cookie sheets. Bake 15-20 minutes, until set but not brown.
Cool partially on colling rack and roll in confectioner's sugare while warm. Re-roll in sugar just before serving.
