Title: Topsy Turvy Lemon Pie

Yield: 8 Servings

 19 inch pie crust -- deep
: dish
: Cheese Layer
 8 oz light cream cheese
1/4 csugar
 1egg
: Lemon Layer
1/2 ccorn syrup
 2 ts grated lemon rind
1/3 clemon juice
 2eggs
 2 TB margarine -- melted
 1 TB cornstarch

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and blend well. Spread evenly in bottom of pie shell. Beat all ingredients for lemon layer together until smooth. Pour over cheese layer. Bake at 350 for 50-55 mins. or until set and golden. Cool on rack. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
