Title: Bill's Favorite Mushroom Soup

3 Portabello mushrooms; choppe
1pkButton mushrooms; chopped fi
10 Dried mushrooms
4cWater; hot
4tbButter
1lgOnion; chopped fine
1lgGarlic clove; minced
1tsPepper; coarsely crushed
2tbHega beef base
1ptHeavy cream
3tbFlour

Recipe by: Kathy Meade Preparation Time: 0:30 Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for 20 minutes. In the mean time sautee g ic and onions in butter until soft. When soft finely chop dried mushroom. I e food processor for onions, garlic and mushrooms so it goes pretty fast. S mushroom water. add mushrooms to onion, garlic mix. Cook for 5 minutes. Ad lour and stir until incoporated. Add 1/4 cup of the mushroom water to the c ed vegaetable. Stir until incorporated. Carefully pour mushroom water into p leaving solids and about 1/2 of liqiud in bowl. There are often sand part es in this soaking water. Dispose of this left over water. Add pepper and b base. Cook at medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add Cream and heat until wa
