1/2 | c | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
1/4 | ts | Coarsely ground pepper |
In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Serve with chicken. Each tablespoon: About 55 calories, 1 g protein, 0 g carbohydrate, 5 g total fat (2 g saturated), 6 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium.
