Notes: Great soup! Best for cold-weather days. Full of flavor and body, and quite hearty--could almost be a main-dish soup. Definitely a keeper, and well worth splurging for the blue cheese. From: Lyn Ortiz Date: 26 Apr 97 National Cooking Echo Ä
