Title: Anna Baicofsky's Potato Kugel

Yield: 6 Servings
2 1/2 | lb | Potatoes |
1 | md | Onion |
1 | Egg -- beaten | |
2 1/2 | tb | Oil |
Salt and pepper -- to taste | ||
1 | Stale roll |
Grate potatoes and onion. Add beaten egg, oil, salt and pepper. Grate roll into mixture and mix qickly and well.
Put into well greased casserole and bake at 400F for about 1 hour or until brown.
