COOKING TIPS FOR SUCCESS: In cooking and most recipes, substitute 1/4 cup for each whole egg.

To improve leavening in most baked goods (cakes, breads, muffins), use 1/3 cup in place of each whole egg.

Use non stick cooking surfaces or vegetable cooking spray to reduce the amount of margarine used when cooking omelets or scrambled eggs.

Use in place of whole eggs as a "wash" for breaded products.

Substitute cooked Better 'n Eggs, cooled and chopped, in recipes calling for hard-boiled eggs.

MY NOTES: IMHO these make the only edible scrambled eggs of the as of now on the market egg replacer products. From: Dorothy Flatman Date: 28 Jul 97 National Cooking Echo Ä
