Title: Lime Dipping Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

1	/2 c	lime juice -- fresh
	6 T	B fish sauce
	6 T	B water
	2 T	B sugar
	3	cloves garlic -- minced
	2	red chili peppers -- seeded,
:		minced

Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1 1/3 cup.
