2ozLard
7ozOnions; minced
1clGarlic
1tsPaprika
1pnCaraway seed
1pnMarjoram
1tsSalt
1lbPotatoes; diced
5ozGreen capsicums; sliced
5ozTomatoes; chopped
1 1/2lbSavoy cabbage; sliced

Put meat in a saucepan with next 7 ingredients. Add a bit of water, cover, and simmer, stirring to prevent scorching.
