1 | pn | Caraway seed |
1 | pn | Marjoram |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | lb | Potatoes; diced |
5 | oz | Green capsicums; sliced |
5 | oz | Tomatoes; chopped |
1 1/2 | lb | Savoy cabbage; sliced |
Put meat in a saucepan with next 7 ingredients. Add a bit of water, cover,
and simmer, stirring to prevent scorching. When the meat is half cooked,
about an hour, add potatoes, capsicums, tomatoes, and cabbage along with
