Recipe text is verbatim, then comments: "Slice 1 kg of filleted sheat-fish. Salt the slices, roll them in flour and brown them. Melt away the fat from 25 dkg of diced smoked bacon. Cut 2 onions, 30 dkg of green peppers and 20 dkg of tomatoes into cubes and make a stew with them seasoned with salt, pepper and red paprika. Add 20 mL of wine before putting the sheat-fish slices into the stew. Simmer until cooked. Serve with csusza noodles." By Mihaly Schmaus.
J. Comments: I think sheat-fish is like catfish from the included picture. * I don't know what csusza noodles are exactly, but the picture shows a bowl of (uncooked?) noodles which are about 1 1/2 inch squares or so.
