Title: Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancakes

1 And 3/4 cups all purpose
  Flour
1/4cBuckwheat flour
4tsBaking powder
1tsSalt
2lgEggs
2cButtermilk
4tbOil

Sift dry ingredients together. In a seperate bowl whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil together. Add to dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Batter will appear lumpy. Heat a little oil in a pan. Drop 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Turn when bubbles appear on top of pancake. Serve with warm maple syrup.
