Title: Unkneaded Unyeasted Bread

Yield: 2 Medium
1 1/2 | c | Roasted buckwheat flour |
3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | c | Corn meal |
1 1/2 | c | Brown rice flour (roasted) |
2 | tb | Or 3 Soy sauce |
1 | tb | Sea salt |
2 | tb | Sesame oil |
5 | c | Warm water (maybe) |
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well. Add oil, soy sauce, and enough water to form a thick batter (like a slightly soupy cereal). Spoon into oiled baking pans (3 3/4 X 7 1/2). Bake for 2 hours at 350F. Remove breads from pans, and turn upside-down in oven until dark brown.
