1 1/2 POUND LOAF |
1/4 | c | Instant potato flakes |
5/8 | c | Milk |
5/8 | c | Water |
2 | c | Bread flour |
1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/3 | c | Buckwheat flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter; or margerine |
2 | tb | Dark corn syrup |
2 | ts | Red star yeast |
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting and press
start. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack,
and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. Book's Note: This bread should
satisfy any buckwheat lover in the household. It has a milk buckwheat
