Title: White Cheddar Dipping Sauce

| 1 | /2 c | Heavy Cream |
| 2 o | z White Cheddar Cheese -- | |
| : | Grated | |
| 1 T | B Butter |
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve hot.
