Title: Radish & Orange Salad

Yield: 4 Sweet ones

12ozRadishes; trimmed
2tbSugar or sugar sub:
2tbLemon juice;
1tbOrange flower water;?
  Salt;
2 Navel oranges;

Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
