2 | c | Rolled oats |
1/4 | c | Coconut; desicated |
2 | tb | Oil |
1/2 | c | Wheatgerm |
1 | c | Bran |
1/4 | c | Sunflower seeds |
1/2 | c | Dried fruit |
Mix oats, bran, coconut, sunflower seeds. Stir in oil and bake in a slow oven, 300deg F (150C) for approx. 1 hour. Add wheatgerm and dried fruit. Store in an airtight container.
For a different flavour, add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon before serving.
