3tbOil
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Onion; chopped
1lbMixed mushrooms; (oyster, morels, porcini, enoki, brown or c
3cChicken broth
1/4cWhite port
2tbTomato paste
1/2cParsley, minced
  Pepper, to taste

Melt butter and oil in large saucepan. Saute garlic and onion slowly over low heat, 10 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add broth, port and tomato paste.
