1/3cWhole wheat pastry flour
1/4tsBaking soda
1/4tsCinnamon
2tbRaisins
1/4cUnsweetened pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4cUnsweetened apple juice, concentrate, thawed
1/4cVegetable oil

SOURCE: LOW SALT LOW SUGAR LOW FAT DESSERTS by Penny Ballantyne and Maureen Egan. Combine dry ingredients and raisins. Stir in juice concentrates and oil. Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350~ for 10 minutes.
