1 | qt | "Coffee Rich" non-dairy |
Creamer, thawed | ||
1 | cn | Pet skimmed milk |
Fruit (4 bananas) or (1 pkg. | ||
Frozen | ||
Strawberries without sugar) | ||

cn | Pineapple in own juice) | |
(peaches without sugar) etc |
Beat eggs, add flour, salt, Equal and vanilla. Add Coffee Rich, skimmed milk and finish filling freezer with milk, if necessary. (Depends on how much fruit used.) Freeze in usual manner. Makes 2 quarts. NOTE: You may use any fruit you wish, but bananas make the creamiest ice cream.
