Title: Strawberry Raspberry Crisp "Microwave"

1/2 | ts | Vanilla Extract |
1/4 | ts | Almond Extract |
1 3/4 | c | Unsweetened muesli OR |

3 | c | Fresh Strawberries: hulled |
2 | c | Fresh Raspberries |
3 | tb | Unsweetened Apple Juice |

1. To make topping: In a 2 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole, cook margarine and apple juice concentrate on high (full power) for 2 minutes. Stir in extracts and cereal. 2. Cook uncovered on High for 5 minutes, stirring and breaking up micture after 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. 3. In same casserole toss fruit with remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered on High for 6 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle evenly with reserved topping. Cook on high for 3 minutes longer. Cool slightly. Serve, spooned into small bowls.
Per Serving: 202 calories, 30 gm. carbohydrate, 2 gm. protein, 9 gm. fat, 114 mg. sodium. EXCHANGES: 1 starch, 1 fruit, 2 fat. Cholestrol: 0 mg.
