Title: Honeydew Sorbet

Yield: 6 Servings

1/2 Honeydew melon
1cSugar or substitute
3cWater
1/4cLemon juice

Peel the melon and remove the seeds. Place in blender and blend until smooth. Place sugar in pan with 1 cup water, bring to boil and remove from heat. When cold add honeydew, lemon juice and remaining water. Pour into freezer tray and freeze until set. Return mixture to the blender and process until smooth, then return to freezer until set.
