2 | | Mashed Garlic Cloves |
1 | | Bay Leaf |
2 | | Whole Cloves |
1 | c | Orange Juice |
| | Salt And Pepper To Taste |
Cut small slits in the meat and insert bacon, garlic, salt and pepper. Sear
the meat. Place in a roasting pan and top with the bay leaf and cloves.
Roast until done, while basting frequently with the orange juice. Posted
