3 | lb | Bear Roast |
3 | lg | Onions |
1 | cn | Pinapple Slices, Undrained |
2 | c | Water |
Place the roast in a pan. Pour the water over the meat then cover with pineapple slices. Slice the onions and place along side of the roast. Cover the roast with Aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
