Title: Venison Roast (Ai)

Yield: 1 Servings
Trim all fat from roast and wipe with a clean cloth wet with vinegar. Rub
with salt and pepper. Parboil pieces of salt pork; drain and skewer the
pork to the roast. Top skewers with onion slices. Roast in a medium oven.
When partially done, baste with enough tomato juice and 3 bay leaves to
cover. Baste with tomato juice during roasting, frequently. Roast slice and
