		Large bowl, microwave on high for 2 minutes
1	c	SUGAR
5		JUMBO EGGS, shelled and warmed 25 seconds in
		Microwave
1/2	c	HEAVY CREAM
1/4	c	CORNSTARCH
1	ts	COCONUT EXTRACT
1	c	ALMONDS, coarsely chopped
