Title: Arizona Boogie Quail

20 Quail breasts
2qtWater
8 1/2cWorcestershire sauce
  Garlic spread
  Lemon pepper
  Bacon

Soak quail breasts in mixture of water and Worcestershire sauce for 4 hours or overnight. Place quail breasts on cookie sheet, cover with garlic spread and sprinkle each with dash of lemon pepper. Bake at 250F for 1/2 hour. Place bacon strips on each breast and bake at 250F for 1 hour. Serve on bed of wild rice. Garnish with parsley.
