6 | Apples, peeled, cored, and minced | |
3 | Onions, peeled and minced | |
4 | oz | Cream |
Brown pheasant in fat and set aside. Toss apples and onions in fat. Remove apple mixture to a baking dish with a cover, place pheasant pieces on top, and sprinkle with cream. Cook at 350 for 30 min or until tender.
