2 | ts | MSG(opt) |
1 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
2 | tb | Bourbon or dry red wine |
1 | ts | Ground ginger |
Sprinkle beef with MSG. Combine remaining ingredients. Add beef. Marinate for 1 hour, turning often. Broil, Turning occasionally, until desired degree of doneness. 3-4 servings
