Title: Guam Beef Kelaguen

Yield: 1 Servings

1lbFlank or rib eye steak,
  Chopped
2tsFresh green onion, chopped
5tsLemon juice
4smChili peppers
1tsSalt

After chopping the beef, press out as much of the meat juice as possible. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Chill before serving. Serve with finadene sauce and tortillas.
