| 1 1/2 | c | Finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies |
| 2 | | To 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted |
| 3 | | (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | | (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
| 3 | | Eggs |
| 2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | c | Mini chocolate chips |
| 1 | ts | Flour |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on
bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until
fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in
eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chip s with flour; stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until
center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
