Title: Coconut Chicken with Fresh Fruit

1/3 | c | Flaked coconut, toasted and |

1 | c | Whipping cream |
3 | Bananas, quartered | |
1 | Larg papaya, peeled , seeded | |
& sliced | ||
Garnishs | ||
Lime wedges, Italian | ||

melt butter in lrge skillet over med high heat; add chicken and cook 4 min on each side or until lightly gborwned. SPrinkle with ginger root, salt & 3 tbsp coconut; andd whipping cream. cover and cook over low heat 10 mins. a rrange chicken, babnana, and papaya on a lrge serving platter. pour warm sauce over chicken,banana, papaya and sprinkle with remaining coconut. garnish if desired.
