3 | lg | Cloves of garlic |
1 | lg | Onion, sliced |
1 | cn | (20 oz) crushed pineapple, |
| | .undrained |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 | | Bottle (12 oz) chili sauce |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | ts | Ground ginger |
Run ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in a
large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan. Cover
with foil. Bake in 350F oven for 1/2 hour. Combine the remaining
ingredients and spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer.
