Beans; rinsed/drained | ||
4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1 | (2-pound) dark brown sugar | |
2 | lb | Fully cooked ham; cubed |
1 | (28-oz) ketchup | |
1 | cn | (20-oz) crushed |
Pineapple; drained | ||
1/2 | c | Prepared mustard |
1/3 | c | Vinegar |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the beans, onion, sugar, ham, ketchup, pineapple, mustard and vinegar, mixing well. Divide among 4 greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pans. Cover tightly with foil; bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
