2 | md | Carrots -- peeled and |

1/4 | c | Soy Sauce |
1 | cn | Pineapple rings in juice |
1 | md | Green Pepper -- Chopped |
2 | c | Macaroni -- Cooked & |
Drained | ||
1 | tb | Brown Sugar |
In large skillet saute onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Saute for 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.
Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
