Title: Pan-Fried Honey Bananas

Yield: 2 Servings
3 | Bananas, ripe, peeled. | |
150 | ml | Orange juice |
Honey, to taste. | ||
Ginger syrup, to taste, | ||
OR- | ||
1 | sm | Ginger, green, slice of... |
Malibu, to taste. | ||
2 | ts | Coconut, dessicated |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Slice the bananas lengthwise and place in a small frying pan. Mix the orange juice, honey and ginger syrup and pour over the bananas.
Simmer until the sauce is reduced and syrupy. Serve onto dessert plates, pour over a little Malibu, mix the coconut and cinnamon and sprinkle over the bananas.
Remember to remove the slice of fresg ginger, if used, before serving.
