Title: Baked Bananas (Mai'a Kalua)

2 | Or 3 cooking bananas |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place unpeeled bananas in a pan with a little water. Bake for about 30 minutes or until you can poke them with a fork easily or the skin starts to break. Peel and eat. (You may sprinkle baked bananas with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon for a different taste.)
