1 | tb | Sesame seeds |
2 | tb | Sesame oil |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | lb | Shrimp; peeled and deveined |
1/2 | c | Scallions; chopped |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | tb | Brown sugar |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
Preheat oven to 300~. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown.
Heat oils in a heavy pan over high heat. Add shrimp, scallions, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir fry for 1 to 3 mins. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and stir. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
