1 | /2 t | s lemon peel -- grated |
4 c | fresh or frozen blueberries | |

: | Pastry for 9 inch pie plate, | |

In large bowl, combine pineapple topping, tapioca and grated lemon peel; fold in blueberries. Fill pastry-lined, 9 inch pie plate with mixture and dot with butter. Adjust top crust and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. If pineapple topping comes in a 12 oz. jar that's OK.)
