Title: Pepalto Balls

3 | c | Sweet rice flour (mochiko) |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
1 | sm | Coconut grated |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Toasted sesame seeds, |
Crushed |
Bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
Meanwhile, combine rice flour and 1 1/2 c water and blend throughly with floured hands, shape dough into egg sized ovals and flatten with thumb to make pepalto balls.
Drop balls in boiling water. Scoop out with slotted spoon as soon as they float. Roll in grated coconut. Serve with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seed.
