Yield: 2 Servings

COOKIES
1pkStrawberry Flavor Gelatin; 3 oz. pkg.
1pkFlaked Coconut; 14-oz. pkg.; 14 oz. pkg. = 5 1/3 cups
1cnSweetened Condensed Milk;
  NOT EVAPORATED MILK!
1/2tsAlmond Extract
5drRed Food Color; 5-6 drops; if desired
FROSTING
1cPowdered Sugar
2tbMargarine or Butter; softend
1tbMilk
2drGreen Food Color; 2-3 drops

In lrg. Bowl, combine all cookie ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hr. or until firm enough to handle.

Using 1 tbsp. mixture for each cookie, form into strawberry shapes. Roll in red sugar, if desired. In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; blend until smooth. Using pastry bag and deisred tip, pipe frosting stems and leaves on top of strawberries. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 doz.
