Title: Peanut Butter Cream Cookie Cake

1 | pk | White cake mix |
1 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Oil |
2 | Eggs | |
1 1/4 | c | Peanut butter sandwich |
Cookies -- crushed | ||
FROSTING: | ||
1/2 | cn | Vanilla frosting |
1/2 | c | Creamy peanut butter |
2 | tb | Milk -- (or more) |
Heat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine frosting, peanut butter and milk; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cake. Garnish with additional crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies, if desired.
