Title: Crisp Lemon Cookies

Yield: 3 Dozen
1 | pk | Lemon cake mix (without pudding if possible) |
1 | c | Rice Krispies |
1/2 | c | Melted butter |
1 | lg | Egg, slightly beaten |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients; blend well. Form into one inch balls, pressing firmly. Place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes OR until light golden brown around edges. Cool one minute; remove from cookie sheets.
TIP Other cake flavors may be used as well. If using Chocolate cake mix flavors, add an additional three tablespoons of water.
