Title: Jewish Sour Cream Coffeecake

3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
3 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Sour cream |
Filling 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1 cup walnuts -- chopped 2 teaspoons cinnamon 3 tablespoons butter -- melted
Preheat oven to 350° Prepare 10 inch tube pan Mix together filling ingredients and set aside. Blend cake ingredients and spread half of batter in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of filling, pour in remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the filling. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes then remove from pan to cool completely.
