Title: Chocolate Nutbutter Cookies

Yield: 4 Dozen

SIFT TOGETHER
2	c	Enriched Flour
1/2	c	Cocoa
2	ts	Baking powder
1/2	ts	Salt
CREAM
1/2	c	Shortening
1/2	c	Peanut Butter (crunchy)
1 1/4	c	Sugar
ADD
2		Eggs
1 1/2	ts	Vanilla
BLEND
		Dry ingredients alternately
		With
1/3	c	Milk

Thoroughly blend all ingredients.

Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Press with fork to flatten and form a lattice design.

Bake in 400 degree oven 8 - 9 minutes. Do not over bake. Cookies are still soft when done.
