Title: Cheddar & Canadian Bacon Muffins

Yield: 6 Muffins
1 | c | All-purpose flour |
2 | ts | Freeze-dried chives |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Diary sour cream |
2 | tb | Oil |
1 | Egg | |
2 | oz | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
1/4 | c | Canadian Bacon or Ham, |
Finely chopped |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 6 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cups; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, chives, baking powder and garlic powder; blend well. In small, combine milk, sour cream, oil, and egg; beat well. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide batter evenly among greased muffin cups. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm.
