Title: Blueberry Puff Strudels

1 | pk | 17oz. puff pastry sheets |
3/4 | c | Blueberry fruit pie filling |
2 | tb | Powdered sugar |
Thaw puff pastry sheets as directed on package. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll each sheet into 10x9 inch rectangle. Cut each sheet into six 5x3 inch pieces. Spoon scant 2 tbsps. pie filling onto of half each piece. Brush edges of pastry with water; fold pastry in half over filling. Roll edges in; press firmly with fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet; cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar.
Tip: During baking, puff pastry will puff higher if pastry os we;; chilled. If desired, refrigerate prepared strudels for 30 minutes before baking.
