Title: Country Apple Cranberry Dessert

1 | pk | 20oz. Pillsbury Refrigerated |
Sugar Cookies | ||
1 | cn | Apple fruit pie filling |
2 | c | Fresh or froz. & thawed |
Cranberries | ||
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | c | Sliced almonds |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
Heat oven to 375 F. Press cookie dough in bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until dough is puffy and golden brown. In large bowl, combine pie filling, cranberries and cinnamon; mix well. Spoon evenly over partially baked crust. Sprinkle almonds evenly over fruit mixture; sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges and cranberries start to pop. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cool topped with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
